ILLFLO
What
is the fate of Hip Hop Music? Over the last decade hip
hop has faced many changes from the death of many of its
real elite artist’s to the death of reality in the music
itself. Nowadays in hip hop “Gangster music” is
overwhelming, but emerging from the saturation of
gangsters and ballers we have a pure artist in
ILLFLO
(I-I
L-live
L-life
F-forcefully
L-leaching
O-out).
Although ILL
is no stranger to the streets, he has and I quote,
literally “Made the papers from making that paper”
(referring to an unfortunate run in with local law
enforcement that landed him on 5 news broadcast and 3
news papers).
Priding him self on writing and producing real music for
real people, this is one
BROOKLYN
native that is not new to the entertainment industry.
With performance credits and a recording background
dating back to the early nineties,
“ILLFLO”,
is a born natural either in
the booth or in front of audiences of thousands.
Showcasing his complex metaphors
anywhere from small battles in the streets to becoming
the “106 & Park
Champion”. It’s said,
“He’s the reason they really freestyle on 106 now!!
Proving to be a star in his own
right as a headliner of the
“Save
the Music fest”
at club speed, ILLFLO has also opened up for artist such
as: Young Jeezy,
Juelz Santana, Jin & the late Notorious B.I.G.
just to name a few
With the way the streets are
buzzing from the release of his first official solo
project under the
A.I.A. Enterprise
umbrella entitled:
“The
Red Pill”,
it’s surprising that he isn’t picked up yet. He has
currently sold over
10,000 units
hand to hand and still
counting.
His unique flow, story telling
ability, energy level & delivery are four skills that
distinguish him from other artists. Not to mention
ILLFLO
is acknowledged as a talented R&B songwriter who has
written and arranged songs for upcoming artists like:
Kev, Melissa and Gottdam.
Just
when you think you’ve learned everything there is to
know about this talented individual he goes on to show
you his technical side with a degree in Industrial
Electronic Computer Technology.
ILL
has built multiple recording studios from the ground up
including his own. Developing his skill in web & graphic
design enabled him to create his own C.D. covers,
posters, business cards, flyers, etc. This man has
everything it takes to build a long prosperous career in
this industry, look forward to hearing more from this
artist… by the way
